We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to customer data is role-based and logged.

Where required by law we will obtain explicit consent before collecting sensitive data.

We retain order and transaction records for up to 7 years where required for compliance. Other personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose collected.

We use this data for order fulfilment, fraud detection, analytics and support. Some data is shared with payment processors and analytics providers. How to request your data or deletion
To request access, a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data, email s4sublimestore@gmail.com with “Data request” in the subject and include the email or phone number on your account. We'll respond within 30 days and may ask for a short verification step to protect your privacy.
