What data can be deleted?
You can ask us to delete the personal details you shared while placing an order.
- Name
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- Order notes and order history linked to your contact details
No accounts
No passwords
No card details stored
How to request deletion
Send an email to s4sublimestore@gmail.com with:
- Subject line: “Delete my data”
- Your full name
- Your phone number used for orders
- Any order ID or date you remember (optional, but helps us find your data faster)
Response time: We aim to reply within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless we are required by law to keep certain records (for example, for tax or fraud-prevention purposes).
What we may keep
In some cases, we may retain minimal records that are required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. When this happens, we will limit what we keep and explain it in our reply.
