Report damage, missing or wrong items within 24 hours of delivery. - 360° Unboxing Video Required
Shoot one continuous, pause-free video from parcel seal to full unboxing.

2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 3 hours of placing it (or before dispatch) by contacting us via e-mail, phone, or WhatsApp. Once shipped, the Return Policy below applies.
3. Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the 360° unboxing video.
- Custom-made or personalised products are non-returnable.
- Return request must be raised within 12 hours of delivery.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item & video evidence, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
5. Exchanges
If stock is available, we can ship a replacement once the return is approved. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
6. Shipping Costs
Defect / Wrong Item: Sublime Store covers return shipping.
Other Reasons: Customer assumes return shipping costs and risk until we receive the item.
